Management Server Profile Configuration

Configure the management server profile. This enablesAMONAdvanced Monitoring. AMON is used in Aruba WLAN deployments for improved network management, monitoring and diagnostic capabilities.feeds to be sent toMobility Masteror mastercontrollerfor various statistics. You must configure this in the/ mdnode hierarchy or the sub-nodes of/ md.

The following procedure describes how to configure management server profile:

1.In theManaged Networknode hierarchy, navigate toConfiguration > System > Profiles.

2.InAll Profiles, expandController Profile. SelectMgmt Config.

3.InMgmt Config profile, click+.

4.In theProfile namefield, enter the name of the management server profile.

5.Select the following check boxes:

Stats

Sessions

Monitored Info - Add/Update

Monitored Info - Deletion

Monitored Info - Periodic Snapshot

6.ClickSubmit.

7.Navigate toConfiguration > System > More.

8.ExpandGeneraland inMON Receivers, click+.

9.InNew MON Receiver,输入以下德泰ls:

a.In the服务器field, enter theMobility Masteror mastercontrollerIP address.

b.In theProfile listdrop-down list, select the newly created management server profile.

10.ClickSubmit.

11.ClickPending Changes.

12.In thePending Changeswindow, select the check box and clickDeploy changes.
