Working with Non-Wi-Fi Interferers
The following table describes each type of non-Wi-FiWi-Fi is a technology that allows electronic devices to connect to a WLAN network, mainly using the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radio bands. Wi-Fi can apply to products that use any 802.11 standard.interferer detected by the spectrum analysis feature. These devices appear in the following charts:

Description |
Bluetooth |
任何使用蓝牙协议的设备将在2.4中通信GHzGigahertz.bandBand refers to a specified range of frequencies of electromagnetic radiation.is classified as aBluetooth设备。蓝牙使用跳频协议。 |
固定频率(音频) |
Some audio devices such as wireless speakers and microphones also use fixed frequency to continuously transmit audio. These devices are classified as固定频率(音频)。 |
Fixed Frequency (Cordless Phones) |
Some cordless phones use a fixed frequency to transmit data (much like the fixed frequency video devices). These devices are classified asFixed Frequency (Cordless Phones)。 |
固定频率(视频) |
Video transmitters that continuously transmit video on a single frequency are classified asFixed Frequency (Video)。这些设备通常具有接近100%的占空比。这些类型的设备可用于视频监控,电视或其他视频分布和类似的应用。 |
Fixed Frequency (Other) |
All other fixed frequency devices that do not fall into one of the above categories are classified asFixed Frequency (Other)。Note that theRFRadio Frequency. RF refers to the electromagnetic wave frequencies within a range of 3 kHz to 300 GHz, including the frequencies used for communications or Radar signals.signatures of the fixed frequency audio, video and cordless phone devices are very similar, and that some of these devices may be occasionally classified as Fixed Frequency (Other). |
频率料斗(无绳英航se) |
Frequency hopping cordless phone base units transmit periodic beacon-like frames at all times. When the handsets are not transmitting (that is, no active phone calls), the cordless base is classified as频率料斗(无绳英航se)。 |
Frequency Hopper (Cordless Network) |
When there is an active phone call and one or more handsets are part of the phone conversation, the device is classified asFrequency Hopper (Cordless Network)。Cordless phones may operate in 2.4GHzGigahertz.or 5GHzGigahertz.bandsBand refers to a specified range of frequencies of electromagnetic radiation.。Some phones use both 2.4GHzGigahertz.and 5GHzGigahertz.bandsBand refers to a specified range of frequencies of electromagnetic radiation.(for example, 5GHzGigahertz.for Base-to-handset and 2.4GHzGigahertz.for Handset-to-base). These phones may be classified as unique Frequency Hopper devices on bothbandsBand refers to a specified range of frequencies of electromagnetic radiation.。 |
跳频(Xbox) |
The Microsoft Xbox device uses a frequency hopping protocol in the 2.4GHzGigahertz.bandBand refers to a specified range of frequencies of electromagnetic radiation.。这些设备被归类为Frequency Hopper (Xbox)。 |
Frequency Hopper (Other) |
When the classifier detects a frequency hopper that does not fall into one of the above categories, it is classified asFrequency Hopper (Other)。Some examples includeIEEE电气电子工程师研究所。802.11802.11 is an evolving family of specifications for wireless LANs developed by a working group of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). 802.11 standards use the Ethernet protocol and Carrier Sense Multiple Access with collision avoidance (CSMA/CA) for path sharing.FHSSFrequency Hopping Spread Spectrum. FHSS is transmission technique that allows modulation and transmission of a data signal by rapidly switching a carrier among many frequency channels in a random but predictable sequence. 普通住宅微波Electromagnetic energy with a frequency higher than 1 GHz, corresponding to wavelength shorter than 30 centimeters.ovens with a single magnetron are classified as aMicrowave。These types of微波Electromagnetic energy with a frequency higher than 1 GHz, corresponding to wavelength shorter than 30 centimeters.ovens may be used in cafeterias, break rooms, dormitories and similar environments. Some industrial, healthcare or manufacturing environments may also have other equipment that behave like a微波Electromagnetic energy with a frequency higher than 1 GHz, corresponding to wavelength shorter than 30 centimeters.and may also be classified as aMicrowaveElectromagnetic energy with a frequency higher than 1 GHz, corresponding to wavelength shorter than 30 centimeters.设备。 |

Some newer-model微波Electromagnetic energy with a frequency higher than 1 GHz, corresponding to wavelength shorter than 30 centimeters.ovens have inverter technology to control the power output and may have a duty cycle close to 100%. These微波Electromagnetic energy with a frequency higher than 1 GHz, corresponding to wavelength shorter than 30 centimeters.ovens are classified asMicrowave (Inverter)。Dual-magnetron industrial微波Electromagnetic energy with a frequency higher than 1 GHz, corresponding to wavelength shorter than 30 centimeters.ovens with higher duty cycle may also be classified asMicrowaveElectromagnetic energy with a frequency higher than 1 GHz, corresponding to wavelength shorter than 30 centimeters.(Inverter). As in theMicrowaveElectromagnetic energy with a frequency higher than 1 GHz, corresponding to wavelength shorter than 30 centimeters.category described above, there may be other equipment that behave like inverter微波sElectromagnetic energy with a frequency higher than 1 GHz, corresponding to wavelength shorter than 30 centimeters.in some industrial, healthcare or manufacturing environments. Those devices may also be classified asMicrowaveElectromagnetic energy with a frequency higher than 1 GHz, corresponding to wavelength shorter than 30 centimeters.(Inverter). |

Generic Interferer |
任何未属于本表中描述的其他类别之一的任何非跳频设备都被归类为Generic Interferer。For example, aMicrowaveElectromagnetic energy with a frequency higher than 1 GHz, corresponding to wavelength shorter than 30 centimeters.-like device that does not operate in the known operating frequencies used by theMicrowaveElectromagnetic energy with a frequency higher than 1 GHz, corresponding to wavelength shorter than 30 centimeters.ovens may be classified as a Generic Interferer. Similarly, wide-bandBand refers to a specified range of frequencies of electromagnetic radiation.interfering devices may be classified as Generic Interferers. |
