Managing Mesh High-Throughput SSID Profiles in the CLI

You must be in config mode to create, modify or delete a mesh high-throughputSSIDService Set Identifier. SSID is a name given to a WLAN and is used by the client to access a WLAN network.radio profile using theCLICommand-Line Interface. A console interface with a command line shell that allows users to execute text input as commands and convert these commands to appropriate functions.. Specify an existing high-throughputSSIDService Set Identifier. SSID is a name given to a WLAN and is used by the client to access a WLAN network.profile with the parameter to modify an existing profile, or enter a new name to create an entirely new profile.

This section contains the following topics:

The followingCLICommand-Line Interface. A console interface with a command line shell that allows users to execute text input as commands and convert these commands to appropriate functions.commands create or modify a high-throughputSSIDService Set Identifier. SSID is a name given to a WLAN and is used by the client to access a WLAN network.profile. If you do not specify a parameter for a new profile, that profile uses the default value for that parameter. Put thenooption before any parameter to remove the current value for that parameter and return it to its default setting. Enterexitto leave the high-throughput radio profile mode.

You can also create a new mesh high-throughputSSIDService Set Identifier. SSID is a name given to a WLAN and is used by the client to access a WLAN network.通过复制设置of an existing profile using thecloneparameter. Using theclonecommand to create a new profile makes it easier to keep constant attributes in common within multiple profiles.

(host) [mynode] (config) #ap mesh-ht-ssid-profile clone

Assigning a Profile to an AP or AP Group

The followingCLICommand-Line Interface. A console interface with a command line shell that allows users to execute text input as commands and convert these commands to appropriate functions.command associates a mesh high-throughputSSIDService Set Identifier. SSID is a name given to a WLAN and is used by the client to access a WLAN network.profile with an AP group:

(host) [mynode] (config) #ap-group mesh-ht-ssid-profile

The followingCLICommand-Line Interface. A console interface with a command line shell that allows users to execute text input as commands and convert these commands to appropriate functions.command associates a mesh radio profile with an individual AP:

(host) [mynode] (config) #ap-name mesh-ht-ssid-profile

Viewing High-throughput SSID Settings

The followingCLICommand-Line Interface. A console interface with a command line shell that allows users to execute text input as commands and convert these commands to appropriate functions.command displays a complete list of high-throughput profiles and their status:

(host) [mynode] (config) #show ap mesh-ht-ssid-profile

The followingCLICommand-Line Interface. A console interface with a command line shell that allows users to execute text input as commands and convert these commands to appropriate functions.command displays the settings of a specific high-throughput profile:

(host) [mynode] (config) #show ap mesh-ht-ssid-profile

Deleting a Profile

If no AP or AP group is using a mesh high-throughputSSIDService Set Identifier. SSID is a name given to a WLAN and is used by the client to access a WLAN network.profile, you can delete that profile using thenoparameter:

(host) [mynode] (config) #no ap mesh-ht-ssid-profile
