Configuring IPv6 Default Gateway and Static IPv6 Routes

The following procedure describes how to configure IPv6 defaultgatewayGateway is a network node that allows traffic to flow in and out of the network..

1.In theManaged Networknode hierarchy, navigate to theConfiguration > Interfaces >IP Routestab.

2.Click + under theStatic Default Gatewayaccordion.

3.SelectIPv6from theIP versiondrop-down list, and enter the IPv6 address in theIP addressfield.

4.ClickSubmitto add the address to the IPv6 defaultgatewayGateway is a network node that allows traffic to flow in and out of the network.table.

5.ClickPending Changes.

6.In thePending Changeswindow, select the check box and clickDeploy changes.

1.Expand theIP Routesaccordion.

1.Click + under theIP Routestable.

2.SelectIPv6from theIP versiondrop-down list.

3.Enter theDestination IP addressand theForwarding settings.

4.ClickSubmitto add the static route to the IPv6 routes table.

5.ClickPending Changes.

6.In thePending Changeswindow, select the check box and clickDeploy changes.
