In this amazing role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective, automated frontend and backend test solutions for bundled Aruba switch and wireless product families. The automated test solution should include (but not limited to) software loading, TPM certification, bundled SKU label printing, client based graphical user interface, server based architecture, and centralized web portal database management.

Responsibilities:

• You will partner with system test team to design engineering solutions to test and evaluate systems, equipment, and devices based on established engineering principles and in accordance with provided specifications and requirements
• You will partner with system test engineer to develop and implement test plans, schedules, and requirements for all portions of new and existing designs; designs and provides leadership for outsourced and in-house testing resources building and operating test tooling, fixtures, scripts, automation, and apparatuses
• You will design, develop, and maintain test software for product configuration and label printing
• You will help lead the charge to ensure that completed projects are delivered on time with consistent software quality

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent with typically 5-10 years’ experience.

• 2 years strong skills in scripting languages (Java, HTML, PHP, CSS, Python, C#)

Knowledge and Skills:

• Using testing tools and software packages to automate test processes

• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux OS preferred
• Good understanding of distributed application architectural patterns
• Strong understanding of REST based web service technologies, JSON and XML
• Strong understanding in Software Control Version solutions (Git, Bitbucket, and Github)
