Responsibilities:

• 导致其他sof的多个项目团队tware applications engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
• Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software applications design and development.
• Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with applications design and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.
• Provides domain-specific expertise and overall software applications leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software applications design organization.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Typically 10-16 years experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

· BE or MS/M.Tech with 10-16 years of experience (Technical/IC Role)

· Must have worked in agile environment, with CICD exposure. ArgoCD expertise is plus.

· Must have worked with automation frameworks (e.g. Jenkins, spinnaker)

· Must be expert in Java/Python.

.Strong in Cloud Engineering skillsets , and have worked in the Linux environment. Kubernetes, micro services architecture etc a plus.

· Knowledge of NoSQL databases at conceptual level; able to debug DB related product issues. Cassandra, elastic search expertise is plus.

· Ability to drive software test strategy; test plan, test case creation and review

· Experience with Virtualization (say VMWare) – setting up of VMs, optimization/tuning of virtual machine configurations

· Exposure to AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, Rackspace, etc., would be a value add.

· Knowledge in areas of performance and scale testing, and performance measurement approaches
